Shipping Policy

We aim to offer you a seamless and pleasant delivery experience every time you shop with us and that’s why we partner with registered and trusted delivery companies across UAE as well as overseas. 
 

  1. SHIPPING WITHIN UAE (DOMESTIC SHIPPING)

 

  • We are offering free shipping to our customers for all orders above 500 AED.

  • All orders are processed within the same day or a maximum of 2 business days upon order placement and payment confirmation.
    During sales, peak seasons, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly, but we will promptly inform you of any delays.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and mentioned at checkout as per the delivery location.

  • Express shipping charges will be mentioned separately. Currently, we are offering express shipping only in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

  • Our trusted delivery partners will contact you with the tracking details after your order is collected. 

  • Please note our business operating days are Monday to Saturday 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. (All orders processed on Sunday and outside of the working hours will be processed the next day.) We request you to contact us with your request and concerns for all time-sensitive orders.

  • All customized orders are placed by email and the tentative time frame will be confirmed depending on the customization request.

   2. SHIPPING OVERSEAS (OUTSIDE UAE)

 

  • We partner with trusted delivery companies like FedEx and DHL to make sure you have a seamless experience, and your products reach you timely and intact.

  • Connect with us on WhatsApp or via email and our team will help you in placing an international order.

  • For all international shipping orders, the shipping price differs as per location and order size, so after the order confirmation through email/WhatsApp we will share a link with the total order price with shipping and customs charges.

  • Any additional country taxes/customs charges will be borne by the customer.

   3. SHIPPING DELAYS

 

  • Please note all deliveries are fulfilled by a third-party delivery vendor and hence sometimes your order may be subject to delays outside of Astarana by Roopali’s control. 

  • Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. 

  • For time-sensitive orders, we recommend contacting us on our WhatsApp or email with your order details and we will try and resolve any issues you face. 

   4. LOST PARCELS

 

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will diligently work to resolve the issue swiftly

  • Astarana by Roopali offers tracking for all orders, however, we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with valid proof of delivery. 

   5. SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Kindly provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process.

  • Any inaccuracies or errors in the shipping address may result in delays or non-delivery of your order.
